On Ramp Program
Our On Ramp Program is what separates JG3 Fitness from everyone else. For the first 3-5 days that you train at JG3 Fitness, one of our coaches will take you through the 15 most common movements found in our daily workouts. You will be taught how to safely perform the movements, the proper terminology, and what we are striving for within a given workout. This all ensures that you are up-to-spped with the movements and lingo that you will hear from our professionally-trained coaches, so that you are not intimidated when you participate in your first official training class.
JG3 Fitness offers fitness classes 7 days a week, lead by our professionally-trained coaches. We use state of the art Rogue Fitness equipment, which provides you with limitless possibilities for your workouts. You also get the benefit of a professionally-trained coach who has been taught the foundational movements and how to protect you from injury while getting the most out of your workout. The community aspect of what we do gives you a built in support system to keep you wanting more, even on those days when you feel like skipping the workout. We push you to your limits and help you go farther than you ever thought you could.
- All group trainings come with Wodify software. Wodify is an app that allows you to track your nutrition and exercise so you can get live updates on where you are with your fitness. Set a PR, get a ribbon next to your name. Wonder what your PR is when you go to do the Workout of the Day (WOD), it will tell you your last score.
Intimidated by the thought of working out with other people? Then Personal Training Sessions are for you. You will work one-on-one with one of our coaches to reach your goals.
