Group Training
JG3 Fitness offers fitness classes 6 days a week, lead by our professionally-trained coaches. We use state of the art Rogue Fitness equipment, which provides you with limitless possibilities for your workouts. You also get the benefit of a professionally-trained coach who has been taught the foundational movements and how to protect you from injury while getting the most out of your workout. The community aspect of what we do gives you a built in support system to keep you wanting more, even on those days when you feel like skipping the workout. We push you to your limits and help you go farther than you ever thought you could.
Personal Training
Intimidated by the thought of working out with other people? Then Personal Training Sessions are for you. You will work one-on-one with one of our coaches to reach your goals. Weight loss, weight management, muscle building; it does not matter what your goal are, JG3 Fitness can help you reach and surpass them.
